1 Return Eligibility

To maintain our quality standards, returns are accepted under the following specific conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or broken.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is non-functional.
  • The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Item is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item remains unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2 How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is simple. Please follow these steps for a quick resolution:

Our team will verify the details within 1-2 working days.

We will arrange a pickup via Shiprocket or provide instructions for a self-ship reimbursement.

3 Refund Policy (COD Orders)

Since we primarily offer Cash on Delivery to build trust, our refund process is designed for your security:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.
  • Approved refunds will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or original packaging.
  • Personal care/hygiene items (for safety reasons).

5 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full, no-questions-asked cancellation. Once an order is dispatched via Shiprocket, it cannot be cancelled.
