After your order is successfully placed, our team begins verifying and preparing it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high demand, festivals, promotional sales or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Currently, IndianVibe delivers to most serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your PIN code and courier partner coverage.
